Assault charge against Kimberly Fox upgraded to second-degree murder

THUNDER BAY -- The woman accused of fatally assaulting a 28-year-old man has officially been charged with murder. Kimberly Fox appeared in court on Jan. 21 for her alleged role in the death of 28-year-old Moses Meekis Kakekagumick.
