Charges laid in vehicle arsons

Police have charged two males in conjunction with a pair of vehicle arsons on Carl Avenue on Wednesday morning. Timothy Jared Sean Atlookon, 18, appeared in court on Thursday morning, charged with arson and arson endangering life.
