A 13-year-old is under arrest after a break-and-enter investigation at the Lottery Shop at County Fair Plaza.

A 13-year-old is under arrest after a break-and-enter investigation at the Lottery Shop at County Fair Plaza.

Police said they were called to the store early Tuesday morning by security, who found the store had been broken into and cigarettes and bus passes stolen.

The teen was arrested on Picton Street just before 4:30 p.m. that afternoon.

He was charged with possession of stolen property and breach of probation and has been remanded into custody.
He’ll appear in court on Thursday.

The teen cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
