THUNDER BAY -- Firefighters have extinguished a truck fire in Mariday Park. An emergency call at 6:20 described a truck on fire on Ray Blvd. The vehicle's engine was engulfed in flames when crews arrived.

The final Auto-slalom event of 2015 was held Sunday at the WSP building in Innova Park. Twenty cars raced in the event, which was organized by the Thunder Bay Autosport Club. Blair Wright provided tbnewswatch.
