U.S. couple fined nearly $5K for over fishing
Two U.S. residents have been fined a total of $4,600 for a fishing offence. Richard Rude and Brenda Rude of Oberlin, Kansas, pleaded guilty to possessing an over-limit of fish and were fined $2,400 and $2,200 respectively.
