Stolen vehicle leads to myriad of charges against Thunder Bay teen
A city youth kept Thunder Bay Police busy on Tuesday night. A spate of separate incidents led to one arrest, a teenager charged with theft of a motor vehicle and several other alleged offences. It all began at about 3:30 a.m.
