Speedy driver charged for possession of contraband tobacco

UPSALA, Ont. -- A traffic stop for speeding near Upsala on Highway 17 led to the seizure of about 168,000 contraband cigarettes. Officers with the Thunder Bay detachment of the OPP made the traffic stop Wednesday just before 8:30 a.m.
