Planned pellet plant in Ignace scrapped
Hopes of a new wood pellet production facility in Ignace have been dashed. Wagner Ontario Forest Management Ltd. had planned on building a plant and having it fully operational by October 2013. That would have created an estimated 20 new jobs.
