Police investigating death of Ed Spakowski in Illinois
A missing Thunder Bay man and his dog have been found dead in Illinois. Ed Spakowski, 69, was a driver with a local RV company, charged with picking RVs up in Elkhart, Ind. and bringing them back to Thunder Bay.
