City proclaims April as Dig Safe Month in Thunder Bay. Following is a full news release issued by the City of Thunder Bay in regards to the proclamation.

THUNDER BAY -- Mayor Keith Hobbs doesn't see a downside in continuing to look at options for a new event centre or possibly a stand-alone hockey arena.
